Return Policy

At Bullèsque, we prioritize the quality and safety of our products to ensure you have the best experience possible. Due to the nature of our products, the Bullèsque bottle, Bullèsque Carbonator, and CO2 cylinder are not eligible for returns after purchase. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Bullèsque Bottle: Once purchased, the Bullèsque bottle cannot be returned.
  2. Bullèsque Carbonator: For safety and quality assurance reasons, the Bullèsque Carbonator is non-returnable.
  3. CO2 Cylinder: Due to safety regulations, the CO2 cylinder cannot be returned after purchase.
What Is Covered?

During the warranty period, Bullèsque will repair or replace, at no additional charge, any part of the Carbonator unit that proves defective due to improper materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to the following:

Mechanical Components: Includes internal parts responsible for carbonation.
Build Quality: Covers defects in the exterior materials, including cracks or structural failures.

What Is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect (e.g., dropping the unit, using incompatible CO2 cylinders).
Damage due to improper handling or failure to follow the user manual.
Non-Compliance with Use Guidelines: The Bullèsque Carbonator is designed specifically for carbonating drinking water only. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by attempts to carbonate liquids other than plain water, such as juices, alcohol, or flavored beverages.
Damage caused by using hot liquids, as the product is intended for cold beverage use only.
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading).
Damage caused by attempts to repair or modify the Carbonator by anyone other than an authorized Bullèsque service technician.
Accidental damage, such as spilling liquids on electrical components.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty is only valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, as indicated by your receipt or proof of purchase.
This warranty is only available to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Us: If you believe your Bullèsque Carbonator has a defect covered by this warranty, contact our customer service team via email or by WhatsApp.
2. Provide Proof of Purchase: You must provide a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase to validate your claim.
3. Return Instructions: If necessary, our team will provide instructions on how to return the product for inspection, repair, or replacement.

Repair or Replacement

At our discretion, Bullèsque will either:

Repair the defective product at no charge.
Replace the product with a new or refurbished model of equal value.
Refund the purchase price (only if repair or replacement is not possible).

Exclusions and Disclaimers

This warranty is the exclusive remedy of the customer, and Bullèsque is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
