Bullèsque Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Charges

At Bullèsque, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Currently, we offer standard shipping on all orders within Lebanon. Shipping charges may vary based on your location and the size of your order. You will be informed of the shipping cost at the time of purchase.

2. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is between 3 to 7 business days from the date of your order. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or holidays.

3. Cash on Delivery

We currently support only Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. You can pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery. Please ensure that you have the exact amount ready, as our delivery personnel may not have change available.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer service team.

5. Shipping Confirmation

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available). This will allow you to track the status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Process

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any damage. If you notice any damage, please notify the delivery personnel immediately and contact our customer service team. We recommend not accepting the package if it is visibly damaged.

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. Bullèsque is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.
