Frequently Asked Questions

1. How many liters of sparkling water can one CO₂ cylinder produce?
One CO₂ cylinder produces 30–60 liters depending on your carbonation level — Light yields the most (50–60L), Strong the least (30–40L).

2. How do I refill my CO₂ cylinder when it runs out?
Simply order a refill service from our website. We deliver a new cylinder and collect your empty one — right at your door, for $15.

3. Does the refill service work with non-Bullèsque machines?
Yes — our CO₂ refill service works with most sparkling water makers in Lebanon, including SodaStream and Soda Mix. Contact us to confirm compatibility with your machine.

4. Is the Bullèsque machine difficult to use?
Not at all. Connect the CO₂ cylinder to the back, plug into an outlet, and you're ready to carbonate with one touch.

5. How long does carbonated water stay fizzy in the Bullèsque bottle?
The Bullèsque Water Bottle is designed to keep sparkling water fresh and carbonated for over a week.

6. How much does a CO₂ refill cost?
$15 per refill, delivered to your door with free pickup of your empty cylinder. Order here.

7. What is the difference between the Basic Kit and Premium Kit?
The Basic Kit includes 1 CO₂ cylinder + 1 bottle. The Premium Kit includes 2 of each — ideal for households that drink sparkling water daily. Compare kits here.

8. Is delivery free?
Yes — free door-to-door delivery across Lebanon on all orders. Cash on delivery available.

9. How do I know when my CO₂ cylinder is empty?
Your machine's lock light will blink and carbonation will weaken. Order a refill before it's fully empty to avoid any gap.

10. Is the CO₂ safe for drinking water?
Yes. We use only food-grade CO₂ (99.9%+ purity) — the same standard used in commercial sparkling water production. Every fill is tested and traceable.

11. Can I add flavor to the water before carbonation?
Add any non-foaming flavoring after carbonation. Adding flavor before carbonating can cause overflow or damage to the machine.

12. How do I clean the Bullèsque Carbonator?
No internal cleaning required. Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth and wash the water bottle regularly.

13. What kind of water should I use?
Use cold, clean water between 4°C and 25°C. Mineral or filtered water works best.

14. Can I repair my machine if something goes wrong?
Yes — free repair under warranty, $39 inspection fee out of warranty. We pick up, repair, and return. Learn more.

15. Is the water bottle dishwasher safe?
No — hand-wash only. Never use a dishwasher or water above 40°C.

16. How long is the water bottle valid?
2 years from first use. Replace it after that for safety and optimal carbonation performance.
