Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
1. Purchase Options
Bullèsque does not currently offer subscriptions, pre-orders or other deferred-purchase options. Every order is a one-time purchase. If we introduce these options in the future, we will update this policy before they become available.
2. Cancelling an Order
You can cancel any order free of charge before it is delivered. Contact us on WhatsApp at +961 78 773 754 or by email at info@bullesque.com with your order number. If your order has already been handed to the courier, you may also refuse it at the door at no cost.
3. Payment and Refunds on Cancellation
- Cash on delivery: you pay only when your order arrives, so nothing is charged for a cancelled order.
- Card payment (where available): if you paid by card and cancel before delivery, we refund the full amount to the original card. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
Once an order has been delivered, our Return & Warranty Policy applies.
4. Changes to Your Order
To change the products, quantity or delivery address on an order that hasn't been delivered, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll update it.
